Nokia Navigator 6110
Company: Nokia

Pros: This phone has a big upside for those who are constantly in need of directions. It has excellent graphics, a clear voice command and easy access keys.

Cons: On the downside the device is small and when hooked up on a car kit could force drivers into a dangerous situation where they have to lean forward to see the screen or access navigation tools.

"New Nokia Navigator Phone Set To Find Its Way In Oz"

By Mendelson Tiu | Published:2007-07-19

An angel has been born in the form of a brand new Nokia 6110 phone that has a built in navigation system that is ideal for road warriors, mums and those people who always ask “Where do we have to go?”
And at anytime a map is always handy but when it is built into a mobile phone and talks to you one notices the difference immediately.

Unfortunately, there are some people who do not have an idea on how to read maps and are relying more and more on a new generation of in car navigation systems. But what happens when you want to move from the car to the street or hiking track. The answer is a brand new 6110 combination phone and navigation system from Nokia.

The first thing one notices about this device is the clear screen which clearly defines roads and streets. Then there is the built in audio navigator that guides you.

The new Nokia Navigator is a very accurate navigation angel that comes wrapped around a phone and organiser. A tad on the small side the device makes up for the size deficency by deliving crystal clear images which when mounted on a dashboard using the Nokia screen mount is a big benefit as the universal holder tends to swamp the phone with two massive claw like clamps that hold the phone in place. It's a bit like King Kong and the female he grips in his paws.
