This fly's in the face of comments by Weber Shandwick who have very few technology clients and have claimed that they were appointed because they were able to demonstrate their extensive knowledge of the technology industry.

They claim that the key to the decision was Weber Shandwick's range of propriety reporting and intelligence tools showcased during the pitch process. These are the same tools that failed to identify several key technology journalists who write about Samsung every day.
