Acer and Synnex have announced a partnership agreement that will see Synnex as the national distributor of Acer PC, server and display products, underlining Acer’s goal to reach the number one position in Australia.

Greg Mikaelian, Acer’s General Manager for Channel Sales said, “In an ever changing market, with variable growth in different market segments, this partnership with Synnex is very strategic in our quest to not only address but dominate the Small Office, Home Office (SOHO) and the Small to Medium Business (SMB) markets in Australia.”
Under this partnership agreement, Acer and Synnex will actively target the whitebox, SMB and SOHO markets through Acer’s award winning online B2B portal, APeC (Acer Partner e-Commerce), which features the Build Your Own (BYO) solution that offers full customisation facilities for PC and server products.
Acer will also participate in the national Synnex Alliance Roadshow 2008, which kicks off on the 10th of June in Perth.
