Staff WritersLinksys has signed 1000 value-added resellers (VARs) in Australia and New Zealand since launching its partner program in nine months ago.
Regional director Graeme Reardon is attributing the company’s growth to its Business Series products, including now PoE and Gigabit managed and unmanaged switching products, NAS systems, VPN routers, IP communications products and security products.
“We are extremely pleased to have partnered with over 1000 VARs in only nine months, due to what we believe is our comprehensive range of built-for-business products,” says Reardon.
“This allows VARs to offer customers a complete solution of hardware and service that is not available through traditional mass-merchant retails channels.”
Of the 1000 VARs Linksys has signed, 169 are Linksys Voice-Certified, which means they have completed training for the Linksys Voice System online and can sell, install and maintain the company’s IP-PBX solution.
Fifty-two are certified on the Linksys One platform.
