Brother has introduced a new entry-level colour inkjet multi-function printer designed for home office or small business users that also wish to print photos.
Incorporating print, scan and copy functions, the Brother DCP-350c offers claimed print speeds of up to 30 pages per minute (ppm) in mono and 25 ppm in colour.
It also allows users to print photos straight from the camera, without needing a PC, via a digital camera media card slot, USB Direct connection and PictBridge-enabled camera.
The large two-inch flip-up LCD display also enables users to preview and enhance their photos directly on the display.
The flatbed scanner allows users to scan images, text, PDF formats and more to an interpolated resolution of 19,200×19,200 dpi. Borderless photos can also be produced with a resolution of up to 6000×1200 dpi.
The DCP-350c uses Brother’s LC-57 Innobella inks and four-cartridge ink system. With a minimum droplet size of 1.5 picolitres and separate cartridges for each ink colour, users only replace the inks they use, reducing waste and increasing cost efficiency, the company says.
Gabriel Hamid, General Manager for Customer Service and Marketing said: “The Brother DCP-350c printer is the perfect all-in-one printer for home offices and small businesses as it offers high quality color inkjet printing with fast print speeds at an affordable price.”
