OKI has unveiled its B2500 Series of mono multifunction products (MFPs) that claims to deliver mono printing, copying, colour scanning and faxing from one device.

According to OKI, the B2520 MFP and B2540 MFP are the solutions for SMEs, small office and home office users who are working with smaller budgets but want the same professional results produced by large businesses.

General Managor for OKI Printing Solutions, Graham Harman said that the release of the B2500 Series MFPs brings the latest printing advances within reach of more businesses. “The affordability of the B2500 Series MFPs means that small business users can utilise the sophisticated in-house printing and document management features to achieve high levels of professionalism and performance at a lower cost,” Harman added.

The B2500 Series comes with the PaperPort 9.0 software, a program that allows any PC file, document or image to be scanned to PDF and made available for sharing. Template Manager 2006 is also included, allowing users to produce professional business documents like envelopes, address labels, CD and DVD packaging.

OKI claims that its B2500 Series MFPs are able to deliver A4 mono print and copy speeds at 16ppm without interruption, with its cost per copy being competitive compared to other printers.
