Buts that not all.

Aussie owned Quickflix also announced new release movies will now be available from independent studios including Madman, Umbrella, Accent Film, Bounty, Gryphon and Transmission Films on Quickflix’s ‘Pay Per Play’ service.

Movies like ‘Paul Kelly: Stories of Me’, to ‘Romantics Anonymous’ (from Madman) to ‘Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close’ and ‘Happy Feet Two’ from Warner Bros. will now be streamed to your TV, tablet PC and Mac.

Quickflix has been busy of late.

In the past month alone it has announced streaming partnerships with Samsung Galaxy Tab, Panasonic Blu-rays and is tipped to make an announcement about a tie-in streaming service with Microsoft’s Xbox in the coming weeks.

The new release movies will be available on Quickflix from the end of the month. Pay Per Play movies cost around $5.99 for 48 hours rental time.
